In this role, you will drive business growth by overseeing the appointment scheduling process, and fostering a results-driven environment. Compensation and Benefits ( Base & Performance-Based Pay)

Base Pay:

$22-24 / hour

Appointment Bonus:

$40 per estimate appointment generated

Sold Bonus:

$100 per estimate that converts to a sale (paid monthly) $500 signing bonus (90 days of employment, hitting minimum standards)

Minimum Standards:

1 appointment every 3 hours

Optimized Standards:

1 appointment every 2 hours

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of appointment setters to achieve daily and weekly targets
• Develop and implement strategies to improve appointment setting rates, and overall team performance
• Monitor team activity
• Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance negotiation skills, communication techniques, and consultative selling approaches
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions promptly
• Represent Veenhuizen Painting in local neighborhoods as an Appointment Setter
• Knock on doors and speak with homeowners about our painting services
• Generate and schedule estimate appointments for the sales team
• Scout nearby neighborhoods for additional canvassing opportunities
• Report route activity and lead data using Sales Rabbit or canvassing software
• Track performance metrics such as appointments set, estimates completed, and sales conversion
• Attend weekly team meetings
