Job Title:
Senior Marketing Specialist Supervisor:
Director of HR Summary We are seeking a driven and creative Senior Marketing Specialist to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support business development, and drive measurable growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned. Develop, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and growth strategies. Create high-quality marketing materials, presentations, and promotional collateral that effectively communicate company capabilities and value. Manage relationships with third-party vendors for branded apparel and promotional products, overseeing design coordination, ordering, inventory, and brand consistency across all materials. Coordinate and support marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and client-facing events. Write, edit, and manage content for social media platforms, company websites, and other communication channels. Assist with sales support activities, including proposal materials, client communications, and market research. Own and manage the marketing calendar and campaign performance tracking. Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and insights. Support and optimize marketing and sales operations processes. Maintain organized office support functions using standard office systems and software (Microsoft Office required; Publisher and Adobe Acrobat preferred). Qualifications and Requirements Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Targeting candidates with 3-7+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Publisher and Adobe Acrobat preferred. Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Salary:
