• Program Service Provider Road To Gr8ness Entertainment LLC Program Service Provider Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania Contract | Commission Only | Field-Based / On the Road Road To Gr8ness Entertainment LLC is expanding its Pennsylvania Facility + B2B Community Partnerships Program and is seeking motivated individuals to join RTG as B2B Community Partnership Representatives
• Program Service Providers.

This is a Program Service Provider position built around field outreach, business development, community partnerships, family participation, sponsorship development, referral opportunities, facility opportunities, and approved RTG program activations. Representatives work throughout the Lehigh Valley identifying and developing qualified opportunities for Road To Gr8ness Entertainment LLC. This is not an hourly or salaried position. Compensation is commission-based and connected to approved RTG Program Service Provider opportunities that successfully activate and generate cleared revenue. There is no maximum commission cap. What You Will Do As an RTG B2B Community Partnership Representative

• Program Service Provider, you may: Conduct door-to-door and field-based business outreach throughout the Lehigh Valley Represent approved Road To Gr8ness Entertainment LLC programs and Program Service Provider opportunities Meet directly with business owners, managers, executives, organizations, and other qualified decision-makers Introduce businesses to approved RTG services and program activations Identify businesses that may qualify for RTG B2B Program Services Identify participating locations for RTG programs Identify families for approved RTG family participation opportunities Develop Community Living Program opportunities Identify facility partnership opportunities Develop sponsorship opportunities Develop referral opportunities Identify referral companies and participating organizations Develop relationships with churches, nonprofits, schools, youth organizations, healthcare organizations, automotive businesses, restaurants, hospitality businesses, community organizations, and other qualifying establishments Identify business needs and community priorities Schedule qualified RTG meetings and presentations Use approved RTG calculators when presenting program structures Explain approved program percentages and participation structures Assist participating businesses with identifying approved charitable/community priorities Create required RTG website accounts for participating businesses, families, partners, referral companies, locations, and other approved participants Assist businesses and participants with RTG website registration and onboarding Make sure required participant information is properly entered into the RTG website system Submit qualified opportunities to Road To Gr8ness Entertainment LLC Track business owners and decision-makers Track participating businesses, families, facilities, sponsors, referrals, and locations Maintain accurate opportunity-source information so commission credit can be assigned correctly Develop additional opportunities from existing RTG relationships Follow approved RTG pricing, percentages, agreements, calculators, procedures, and Program Service Provider requirements Complete required RTG training before full field activation Multiple Commission Opportunities RTG representatives are not limited to one type of commission opportunity.

A Program Service Provider may develop commission through multiple approved RTG lanes, including: B2B Program Services $25,000 B2B Program Activations Business participation Family participation opportunities Community Living Programs Facility partnerships Sponsorships Referral opportunities Referral companies Additional participating locations Community partnerships Events and program activations Other approved Road To Gr8ness Entertainment LLC services and programs For example, under an applicable approved 10% commission structure: $25,000 B2B Program Service × 10% = $2,500 commission A representative who develops multiple businesses is not limited to that business commission. The same representative may also be developing families, Community Living Programs, sponsors, referrals, participating locations, facilities, and additional RTG opportunities at the same time. This creates multiple potential commission lanes within one RTG Program Service Provider position.

Compensation Commission Only There is:

No hourly wage No guaranteed salary No guaranteed minimum commission No payment solely for submitting an unqualified lead No maximum earning cap Actual earnings depend on individual production, opportunity type, approved commission structure, representative involvement, successful program activation, and cleared RTG revenue. No funded RTG opportunity = no commission due. High-producing Program Service Providers may develop multiple approved opportunities simultaneously. RTG Training & Qualification Selected applicants receive training on the Road To Gr8ness Entertainment LLC Program Service Provider system before full activation.

RTG Charitable Participation Program Road To Gr8ness Entertainment LLC incorporates charitable participation into the Program Service Provider commission structure. When a Program Service Provider earns qualifying commission, the applicable required charitable percentage is calculated from that qualifying commission.

Approved charitable levels include:

• Advanced Percentage Level 10%
• Maximum Percentage Level Program Service Providers select where their applicable charitable allocation is assigned among approved RTG charitable compartments.

Approved allocations are tracked transaction by transaction throughout the year as part of RTG's year-end charitable activity system.
