Job Description

Brand Designer, Creative All-Rounder About Us Easy Signs is one of Australia's and the US's fastest-growing printing and signage companies, producing everything from custom boxes and banners to stickers and signs. We're growing our global Brand & Marketing team and looking for a very specific kind of creative person to join us at our Allentown, Pennsylvania HQ . This is not a traditional Graphic Designer role . You'll work directly with our Global Head of Brand & Marketing, based in Australia , helping bring the Easy Signs brand to life across the US and globally. You'll be based onsite at our Allentown, PA HQ , working as part of the wider Easy Signs team while sitting within Brand & Marketing and working across a broad mix of creative projects. The Role We're looking for someone who can think, create and make things happen .
Your work could include:
Brand campaigns, concepts and creative direction Social content, digital, posters and print Photography, video and brand films Creating and rolling out brand guidelines, templates and visual systems Events, activations, signage and packaging Identifying and reaching out to US creators, collaborators and potential partners Taking projects from idea through to execution Finding new ways to make the brand more interesting, visible and effective About You This is where we're going to be picky. We don't necessarily care how many years you've been doing it. We care that you get it. You'll be: A genuinely creative thinker with a strong eye for design Confident working with brands and visual identities Experienced in working within brand guidelines — and ideally creating them too Comfortable working across design, print, photography, video, social and digital Extremely proactive — you see something that could be better and do something about it Able to manage your own time, projects and priorities Comfortable working independently without needing constant direction A great communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, send the email or make the connection Curious, switched-on and aware of what's happening in culture, design and brands Someone who can take an idea and actually make it happen You don't need someone telling you what to do every morning. You see the opportunity, come up with the idea and make it happen. Agency experience is a bonus, but great work, good instincts and the right attitude matter more than a particular career path. Why You'll Love It Work directly with the Global Head of Brand & Marketing Help shape and grow an exciting global brand Your ideas actually get made — films, packaging, signage, events, social, print and more Huge variety of creative projects Real autonomy and the freedom to make things happen Work from our Allentown, PA HQ Monthly team lunches, office events and a fun, fast-moving environment Sound Like You? If you're creative, proactive, switched-on and the type of person who sees something and thinks "I could make that better" we want to hear from you. Send us your creative portfolio link and a short cover letter telling us why you think you're the person we're looking for. For the right candidate, the next step will be a face-to-face interview at our Allentown HQ on 17-18 September.
