The Marketing Liaison (ML) is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships for referral partners in their assigned territory/specialty. The Marketing Liaison is responsible for providing customer service to ensure performance meets expectations and to increase referral volume and expand market share in the communities Friendship Rehab and Health serves. The ML will participate in community education activities, engage in community outreach efforts and build business commensurate with the facilities strategic plan. The ML will facilitate communication between admissions, the care team and external customers, ensuring that operations are smooth, relationships are solid and service recovery issues are cared for promptly and appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT

Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field preferred.

Experience:

Two (2) years recent marketing/sales experience preferred. Two (2) years recent healthcare experience required. Previous clinical experience preferred. Valid Pa. driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and is in good working order.
