Passanante's Home Food Service is looking for outgoing, dependable, and energetic Event Marketers to join our growing Maryland team! Our Event Marketers represent Passanante's at fairs, festivals, home shows, community events, expos, and other events throughout Maryland. This is not a traditional sales job. Your job is to engage with people, create a fun experience at our booth, introduce them to our industry leading service, generate leads, and help schedule appointments for interested families. If you're comfortable talking to people, bring great energy, and enjoy working in a fun event environment, you can be very successful in this role. About Passanante's Passanante's Home Food Service has been serving families since 1916 . We provide premium meats, seafood, poultry, organic vegetables, and other foods through a convenient home delivery service. Our event marketing team is often the first interaction a family has with our company, which makes this an important part of our business. What You'll Do Represent Passanante's Home Food Service at fairs, festivals, expos, and community events Engage attendees and create a fun, welcoming booth experience Introduce potential customers to our home food service Generate qualified leads Learn to schedule appointments and earn additional bonuses Work alongside a fun, energetic event marketing team What We're Looking For Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable approaching new people Dependable and professional Strong communication skills Weekend availability is extremely important Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to events throughout the region Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous marketing, promotions, hospitality, serving, bartending, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required We can teach you the pitch. We're looking for personality, energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Schedule This is a part time, event based position with the majority of our opportunities taking place on weekends. Our busiest seasons are spring and fall, when there are opportunities to work nearly every weekend. Some weekday fairs and special events are also available. This is a also great fit for someone looking to supplement their income with flexible weekend work. Compensation Hourly pay + performance bonuses There are additional earning opportunities for marketers who become certified to set appointments.
