Someone comfortable working with Ai to get results. We are seeking a tech-savvy automation builder to implement, monitor, and optimize workflows in platforms like n8n , Zapier , Make.com , and others. You'll work closely with our strategy team to turn workflow diagrams and logic trees into real-world automations.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and test automations using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier Integrate external APIs (OAuth2, Webhooks, REST) Create scalable workflows to support sales, lead gen, customer service, and task automation Communicate requirement and fulfillment needs with team / client / prospects Set up error handling, retry logic, and failover paths. ideal candidate is helping to implement automations across all roles, and also aupporting roles within the companies operations as we use automations to scale. Document workflows for replication and onboarding Support data formatting (JSON, CSV, API mapping)

Job Requirements Requirements:

1-3+ years experience in automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Integromat, etc.) Experience working with AI agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Retell) Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, and REST-based integrations Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, GHL, Twilio, CRM systems Ability to communicate automation requirements with team/ client/ prospects Ability to write or read JavaScript / Python a plus (This is less important than knowing how to use Ai to do this) Ability to take a logic diagram or verbal workflow and implement it from scratch Reliable internet, English fluency, and daily overlap with

Compensation:

$554.49

•852/month (paid in USD
