Internship About Spirit Guide AI Spirit Guide AI is a Miami-based startup building tools for personal development and inner transformation. We help people become the highest, most aligned version of themselves through technology that actually supports growth instead of just tracking it. The Role We're looking for a content creator to join us as we grow our creator community and social presence. You'll make reels, learn the mechanics of what makes content actually perform, and get hands-on experience managing a community of creator partners. This isn't a "post and pray" internship. You'll be embedded in real strategy conversations from day one. And because of what we build, this role comes with a built-in bonus: the same personal development principles we're putting into the product, you'll be applying to your own growth the entire time you're here. What You'll Do Shoot and edit short-form video content (reels, TikToks) for Spirit Guide AI's channels Help manage and grow our creator partner community — onboarding, communication, day-to-day support Collaborate on content strategy: what's working, what's not, what to test next Track content performance and help turn that data into better creative decisions Support brand voice and storytelling across platforms What You'll Learn - AI tools and and AI editing How to build and run a creator/affiliate community from the inside of an early-stage startup Social media strategy that goes beyond posting — growth, retention, and platform mechanics What it actually takes to build a startup, from someone doing it in real time Personal development and mindset practices baked directly into how we work What We're Looking For Comfortable in front of and behind the camera, or eager to get there fast Genuine interest in personal growth, mindfulness, or self-development (you don't need to be an expert — just curious and open) Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment Based in or able to get to Miami for in-person collaboration

Bonus:
