The ideal candidate is an outgoing, confident communicator, with strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication. The specialist will execute content strategies for both B2B and B2C campaigns on an ongoing basis, and collaborate closely with the SEO team to refine plans based on client goals, objectives, keyword research, and performance. The strongest candidates are organized, proactive digital marketers with over a year of editing experience and can effectively multi-task. It will help you to have experience in crafting engaging and focused content both written and designed for brands of all types and sizes. You're a collaborative individual, not only willing to accept guidance and feedback from others but also more than willing to speak up when you know how to make things better. Beyond that, you're willing to learn and are comfortable with change. Not only is the content landscape constantly changing, but as an agency, we're always on the move. The Content Specialist is responsible for: Exceptional communication skills Meet and exceed deadlines Edit/create a broad range of content marketing materials, including but not limited to website content, blogs, articles, press releases, infographics, videos, etc. Ensure effective content strategies for clients (by working with the SEO Team) within an assigned book of business Create content writing briefs for our writers based on the content strategy that is outlined for each client in an assigned book of business Collaborate with the SEO team to target client's business objectives for organic SEO Possess a 'Yes I can' spirit of accountability, helpfulness, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity, and fun You are a multitasker who is extremely organized Client-facing skills and SEO know-how are appreciated The ability to learn from failure and quickly iterate while maintaining a positive attitude is key!

Desired Skills and Experiences:

1-2 years of editing experience. 1-2 years of content writing or content marketing experience. Interest in and aptitude for developing content strategy solutions. Agency experience is a plus. Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify, and resolve problems. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Experience with tools such as Teamwork, Google Suite, Grammarly, ChatGPT, Gemini, Frase, etc. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, services, and industry trends. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred.
