Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist Asset Management & Association Services (AMAS)Sandy Springs, Georgia | Hybrid | Full-time About the Role Asset Management & Association Services (AMAS) is a full-service association management company supporting multiple REALTOR® associations, a statewide real estate designation chapter, and a real estate school. Our Communications Team creates marketing and communications for a diverse group of organizations, events, educational programs, membership initiatives, and industry audiences. We're looking for a Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist with strong creative instincts, excellent attention to detail, and an understanding of how great design supports effective marketing. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong portfolio who wants hands-on experience across multiple brands and a wide variety of creative projects. You'll serve as a key creative resource for our Communications Team, developing marketing materials for signature events, print publications, presentations, social media, websites, email campaigns, and more. We're looking for someone who can take an objective or initial concept and help turn it into a polished finished product. You'll be encouraged to bring ideas to the table, consider the audience and message, and take ownership of projects through to execution. Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Event Marketing Develop creative concepts and visual identities for signature events, carrying themes across promotional graphics, presentations, backdrops, signage, programs, social media, and other materials. Design flyers, brochures, advertisements, event materials, social graphics, email banners, website graphics, signage, and other print and digital assets. Design presentation templates and polished presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides for awards programs, events, leadership meetings, and other initiatives. Create and update logos, campaign identities, and other branding elements as needed. Serve as a creative resource for Communications Team members developing email, website, social media, and event marketing. Adapt creative across formats and channels while maintaining strong brand consistency. Publications & Print Design multi-page event programs and other publications for awards, leadership, and signature events. Work with data-driven content and data merge workflows for programs, directories, recognition materials, and similar projects. Prepare materials for professional printing and help coordinate production as needed. Carefully review copy, data, layouts, and proofs for accuracy and consistency. Social Media & Content Create, schedule, and publish organic social media content across multiple association accounts. Carry social content from idea through execution—including creative development, copy, scheduling, and publication. Develop engaging ways to promote events, education, membership benefits, accomplishments, and association initiatives. Adapt content for different audiences, platforms, and brands. Identify opportunities for timely and relevant social content. Support select events with social media coverage and content capture. Marketing & Communications Develop marketing materials with consideration for the intended audience, message, channel, and desired action . Turn program and event information into clear, visually compelling communications. Write and edit concise marketing copy, headlines, calls to action, and social captions. Proofread creative and copy for grammar, spelling, accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Manage multiple projects, deadlines, brands, and priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality. Take ownership of projects from initial direction through completion, proactively identifying next steps and following through on details. Bring creative ideas to the team and help identify new ways to engage members and promote association programs. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field OR equivalent education, experience, and portfolio . A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design and creative abilities. Student, internship, freelance, and professional work are all welcome. Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva. Experience creating polished presentations using PowerPoint and/or Google Slides. Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and brand consistency. Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills. Strong written communication and editing skills. An understanding of marketing fundamentals, including audience, messaging, calls to action, and communication channels. The ability to take an objective or initial direction and develop creative solutions without requiring step-by-step instruction throughout the process. Strong organization, time management, and follow-through. A collaborative attitude and comfort receiving and incorporating feedback. Bonus Qualifications The successful candidate will demonstrate: Short-form video creation and editing. Event photography or videography. Adobe InDesign data merge or variable-data publishing. Professional print-production experience. HubSpot or another digital marketing platform.
