Responsibilities We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Agent Marketing team and lead agent-level digital media programs that drive measurable growth. This role owns the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-performing, brand-aligned marketing that supports agent business objectives. You will also support agent-level integrations of national brand campaigns and tentpole initiatives such as the Big Game, World Cup, and Thursday Night Football, ensuring agents have timely, effective digital programs that extend national moments into local market impact. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic and hands-on: comfortable building media plans, managing creative and trafficking workflows, analyzing performance, and making data-driven optimizations. Vendor management is a core responsibility, and success in this role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities Digital Media Strategy and Planning Develop and manage agent-level digital media strategies aligned to business goals, target audiences, budgets, and KPIs Build channel mix recommendations across programmatic display, paid and organic social, connected TV, streaming audio and video, and local display placements Translate performance goals into tactical plans, including audience strategy, flighting, creative approach, testing roadmap, and measurement plan Evaluate vendor recommendations and performance data to make strategic program decisions that balance cost, reach, and added value benefits. Campaign Execution and Optimization Execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms to improve ROI and efficiency, including CTR, VTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and lead volume and quality Use analytics and reporting to identify performance drivers, diagnose issues, and implement ongoing improvements across creative, targeting, placements, bid strategy, and pacing Establish testing frameworks such as A and B creative, audience segments, frequency, and landing pages, and clearly communicate learnings and recommendations Creative Management and Enablement Coordinate creative needs from intake through delivery, ensuring assets meet program needs Partner with internal creative teams and vendors to manage avails, versioning, updates, and performance-informed creative iterations Maintain organized workflows for approvals, trafficking requirements, and campaign documentation Vendor and Partner Management Manage relationships with media, technology, and creative partners and other business areas. Support vendor evaluation and selection and help define scopes of work, success metrics, and deliverables Ensure vendor compliance with brand, privacy, and data-handling expectations, and hold partners accountable to performance and service standards Work with teams to build enrollment platforms that enable program participation. Measurement, Reporting, and Insights Build clear, actionable reporting for agents and internal stakeholders, translating results into insights and next steps Monitor budget pacing, spend allocation, and forecast outcomes to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget Collaborate with analytics partners as needed to improve tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement Cross-Functional Collaboration Support broader digital initiatives such as SEO and SEM through coordination, reporting, and optimization recommendations Work effectively with internal teams across marketing, compliance, brand, creative, product, and operations in a matrixed structure Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, digital media, or social media marketing, with hands-on campaign management and optimization experience. Demonstrated expertise across social media channels, including paid social, organic social, boosted content, and DIY/self-service social programs. Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, or similar, including audience targeting, budgeting, pacing, testing, optimization, and reporting. Experience developing and executing organic social strategies, including content planning, publishing, engagement tactics, platform best practices, and performance analysis. Strong understanding of boosted content strategies, including when to leverage boosted posts versus paid campaigns or organic content to meet business objectives. Experience supporting DIY, localized, or distributed social media programs, including content enablement, user guidance, tool adoption, governance, and performance monitoring. Familiarity with complementary digital channels, including programmatic display, connected TV, streaming audio and video, and local digital placements. Strong understanding of social creative best practices, including platform-specific formats, messaging, visuals, calls to action, and test-and-learn approaches. Experience using social media management, publishing, advertising, or analytics platforms to monitor performance, identify insights, and recommend optimizations. Strong vendor management experience with the ability to manage multiple partners, provide clear direction, and ensure high-quality delivery. Highly analytical with experience using performance data to optimize media, evaluate content effectiveness, and communicate actionable insights. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects using project management tools, structured processes, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with comfort presenting performance, insights, and recommendations to varied audiences. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a cross-functional, matrixed organization, with a strategic mindset, strong initiative, attention to detail, and focus on measurable outcomes.
