Lodestar Marketing Group is looking for a digital marketer to join our growing team. This full-time position is hybrid, with in-office time in Lynnwood, WA. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns, along with the analytics and tracking that support them, primarily across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, AdDaptive, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Job Description Work across a wide variety of industries, from medical to technology Build, manage, and optimize SEM, paid social, and programmatic/display campaigns Write search text ads, display/banner ads, and landing page content Perform keyword research and identify core keywords Set up and maintain GA4 tracking, goals, and audiences, and support Google Tag Manager implementations, including conversion tracking and offline conversion imports Create weekly, bi-monthly, and/or monthly client reports using third-party reporting tools and/or Excel Support client-facing consulting on campaign strategy, performance, and analytics Other tasks as assigned Requirements Experience managing Google Ads campaigns Experience with paid social ad campaign management, including Meta Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads; programmatic/display platform experience (e.g., AdDaptive) a plus Experience with Google Analytics 4, including setting up goals and audiences Google Tag Manager experience; familiarity with offline conversion tracking a plus Knowledge of SEO best practices desirable but not mandatory Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong math and analytical skills Strong writing skills Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time to meet client deadlines Strong attention to detail HTML or WordPress skills a plus Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva skills a huge plus Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience 401(k) with matching program Healthcare benefits Profit sharing Hybrid schedule, with in-office time in Lynnwood, WA Work/life balance to enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to learn and continually improve, who enjoys collaborating, trying new things, and thinking outside the box.
