Job Overview:
Aputure is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) business and digital channels. This contractor will help manage and optimize the brand website, CRM programs, and paid media campaigns to improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue. The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with an analytical, performance-focused mindset, and can work independently while collaborating closely with marketing, creative, e-commerce, and web development partners.
Key Responsibilities:
    Website & E-Commerce Management:
    Manage day-to-day updates and optimization of the brand website, including product pages, landing pages, promotional content, navigation, merchandising, and campaign launches. Partner with designers and developers to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality execution.
    • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Use site behavior and performance data to identify opportunities across the customer journey. Recommend and coordinate A/B tests and improvements to landing pages, product discovery, mobile experience, and checkout flow.
    CRM & Lifecycle Marketing:
    Build, schedule, test, and optimize email campaigns and automated customer journeys. Support audience segmentation, personalization, lead capture, list health, and campaign QA to improve engagement, retention, and repeat purchase.
      Paid Media Management:
      Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Manage budgets, targeting, creative testing, and performance pacing with a focus on efficient customer acquisition and return on ad spend (ROAS).
        Analytics & Reporting:
        Track website, CRM, and paid media performance using platforms such as GA4, Shopify, HubSpot, and advertising dashboards. Maintain regular reporting, translate results into clear insights, and recommend actions based on KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS, and email engagement.
          Campaign & Product Launch Support:
          Support the digital execution of product launches, promotions, events, and evergreen initiatives. Collaborate with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to translate product positioning and key messages into website, CRM, and paid media campaigns, ensuring accurate, consistent, and on-time delivery across channels.
            SEO & Content Optimization:
            Apply on-page SEO best practices and collaborate with internal teams to improve website content, organic visibility, and overall customer experience.
              Cross-Functional Collaboration:
              Work effectively with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners. Manage multiple priorities, communicate progress clearly, and proactively identify issues and opportunities.
              Qualifications:
              • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally with a consumer brand, e-commerce business, or agency.
              • Proven experience managing and optimizing a brand or e-commerce website, including landing pages, promotions, content updates, and conversion-focused improvements.
              • Hands-on experience with CRM or email marketing platforms, including campaign execution, segmentation, automation, testing, and performance analysis.
              • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong understanding of budget management, audience targeting, creative testing, attribution, and ROAS optimization.
              • Experience using web analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Shopify analytics, or similar platforms.
              • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations and next steps.
              • Strong project management, organizational, and quality-assurance skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
              • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
              Preferred Qualifications:
              • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including email campaigns, lists and segmentation, workflows, and reporting.
              • Experience with Shopify.
              • Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market campaigns, or product marketing initiatives is a plus.
              • Experience supporting direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce, consumer electronics, creator tools, photography, video, or related industries.
              • Working knowledge of SEO, landing-page optimization, A/B testing, and marketing attribution.
              • Experience collaborating with creative teams and providing performance-based feedback on advertising assets.
              • Comfort working in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment.
