Job Description
Build Smarter Customer Journeys. Drive Better Business Outcomes. We're partnering with a well-established financial institution seeking an Email & Automation Lead to own and evolve its Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment. This is more than an email marketing position. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems through automation, customer journey design, data, and technology. You'll serve as the subject matter expert for marketing automation while partnering with leadership to improve customer engagement through personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing. If you're equally comfortable discussing strategy with executives and building automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Own and optimize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Design, build, and enhance customer lifecycle journeys. Develop automated campaigns utilizing Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Partner with marketing, analytics, digital, and creative teams to improve customer engagement. Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements. Leverage personalization, segmentation, testing, and automation to improve marketing effectiveness. Stay current with emerging technologies, AI, and marketing automation best practices. Must-Have Qualifications Recent hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience with Data Cloud (Data 360) Experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio Experience developing lifecycle marketing campaigns and customer journeys Technical email development utilizing AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and SQL Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business recommendations Preferred Qualifications Financial services or other regulated industry experience AI, automation, or workflow optimization experience Experience serving as the subject matter expert for a marketing automation platform Why Consider This Opportunity?
