Full-Time, Direct Hire, Salaried Job Summary MS Companies is seeking a Direct-Hire Email Marketing Campaign Specialist to support and own B2B email marketing, CRM, customer nurture, re-engagement, and cross-sell initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience managing email campaigns from concept through execution, including audience segmentation, CRM data, copywriting, campaign setup, reporting, and optimization. This individual must understand how to identify customer and prospect pain points and translate them into clear, relevant B2B messaging that drives engagement. MS Companies supports automotive, manufacturing, and workforce-related customers across multiple markets. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, Inside Sales, and other internal teams while helping strengthen the company's email marketing and automation capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in email marketing, CRM, digital marketing, marketing automation, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience building, managing, and reporting on end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and customer/prospect pain points.
  • Ability to independently write, edit, and proofread strong B2B email marketing copy for multiple audiences and campaign objectives.
  • Experience with CRM data management, list management, audience segmentation, and campaign reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva for email or marketing creative support.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, audiences, priorities, and recurring deadlines simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, including campaign data, segmentation, reporting, or related functionality.
  • Experience building automation rules, nurture workflows, lead nurture campaigns, cross-sell campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Experience with comparable email or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
  • Basic
HTML/CSS

experience for email template creation, editing, or troubleshooting.

  • Experience with Salesforce Report Builder, marketing analytics, or CRM reporting tools.
  • Prior B2B marketing experience within automotive, manufacturing, staffing, workforce solutions, or another sales-driven industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Build, schedule, test, proofread, and deploy internal and external email marketing campaigns, primarily through Salesforce Pardot.
  • Manage audience segmentation, CRM data, customer/prospect lists, and campaign targeting to ensure the right message reaches the right audience.
  • Write and edit B2B email content that speaks directly to customer and prospect needs, pain points, and business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain lead nurture, lifecycle, cross-sell, and re-engagement campaigns designed to strengthen customer relationships and generate additional business opportunities.
  • Own the campaign process from initial planning and audience selection through template build, deployment, reporting, and post-campaign recommendations.
  • Track and analyze key email performance metrics, including delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, conversions, engagement, and unsubscribe activity.
  • Build and maintain email templates, Pardot lists, automation rules, nurture workflows, and related campaign processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and automation.
  • Partner with Marketing, Business Development, Inside Sales, HR, Payroll, and other internal stakeholders to support recurring communications, the MSC Insights newsletter, corporate announcements, service updates, and customer outreach initiatives.
