In this role, you'll represent the AT&T directly with members of the public at in-store and pop-up events across the city — helping connect real local businesses. No experience needed. Full paid training provided. Your career in marketing and fundraising starts here. Who You'll Be Representing AT&T You'll serve as a direct ambassador for this company, sharing its mission with the public and helping local businesses with their needs. What You'll Be Doing This is a fully in-person, face-to-face role based at retail locations and community pop-up events throughout the Charleston area.

Your day-to-day will include:

Representing the AT&T at assigned in-store and pop-up event locations across Charleston Starting genuine, meaningful conversations with members of the public about the Services and programs Setting up, managing, and breaking down event displays and materials professionally Accurately tracking donor sign-ups, participation data, and event feedback Collaborating with your team to hit daily and weekly fundraising targets Showing up with energy, professionalism, and a mission-first attitude every shift What We're Looking For No prior experience required — we train you from day one, on the clock A natural conversationalist who's genuinely comfortable talking with strangers Positive, coachable, and open to feedback and growth Reliable and available for a consistent full-time schedule, including some weekends Comfortable working in public-facing, in-person environments — indoors and outdoors Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S. What Hydra Group Offers $800-$1200 paid every week W-2 full-time employment — you're an employee, not a contractor Paid training from your very first shift — earn while you learn Merit-based advancement into senior and leadership roles as you grow Daily coaching and team support — you're never figuring it out alone How Pay Works This is a full-time hours. Pay starts between $800 to $1200 per week depending on experience, and increases are tied to performance and growth within the role. Work Location This is a fully in-person role. You'll be assigned to in-store retail locations and pop-up community events across the Charleston, SC area. Remote and work-from-home options are not available for this position.
