This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy networking, building relationships, and connecting people with trusted resources. This role is best described as a referral-based business development partner .
Your responsibility is simple:
identify and refer individuals who could benefit from professional financial planning and retirement guidance. Once a referral is made and the client meets with our team, you earn a stipend/commission-based referral payout based on the size and value of the case. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a flexible income stream, either as a full-time business-building role or as a strong second source of income. What You'll Do As a Field Marketing Partner, your primary responsibilities include: Networking and building relationships within your community and professional network Identifying individuals, families, or business owners who may benefit from financial planning Referring prospects to Betcher Financial Group for a complimentary financial plan Coordinating introductions and setting appointments with our team Following up with prospects to ensure they attend their consultation Maintaining professional referral relationships and consistent outreach efforts You will not be required to present financial products, close insurance sales, or provide financial advice. Our licensed advisors handle the planning and implementation process. Who This Role is Perfect For This position is ideal for professionals who already interact with clients and have access to referral networks, including: Realtors Mortgage Loan Originators Property & Casualty Insurance Agents Auto Sales Professionals Healthcare Sales Representatives CPAs and Tax Professionals Estate Planning Attorneys Business Consultants Payroll or HR professionals Bankers and lending professionals Candidates who want to grow a side income while maintaining their current career are strongly encouraged to apply. Skills and QualificationsRequired Skills Strong communication and relationship-building ability Confidence in networking and initiating conversations Professional appearance and integrity Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Comfortable with follow-up and appointment setting Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Experience Requirements 2-3 years of sales experience preferred (any industry) Business development, relationship management, or referral-based experience is a plus Financial services background is not required Experience in real estate, insurance, automotive, healthcare, or professional services is highly valued Training & Support Provided Betcher Financial Group provides structured support so you can succeed, including: Training on how to identify qualified prospects Coaching on how to introduce the value of a complimentary financial plan Support scripts, messaging, and referral process guidance Collaboration with licensed financial advisors Ongoing mentorship and development opportunities Potential pathway toward licensing and long-term career advancement within the firm Compensation & Earning Potential This role is performance-based and offers strong income potential through stipends paid per qualified referral , based on the size of the case (client net worth, assets, and potential revenue opportunity). Estimated Income Range $25,000 - $40,000 per year for consistent part-time performance $40,000 - $60,000 per year for consistent full-time performance (ask for details) Average target: 3 client referrals per month Higher performers can earn significantly more depending on volume and case size This position is designed for individuals who want flexible, uncapped earning potential without the pressure of traditional commission sales.
