ECOSTAR MARKETING

provides marketing services for large, well-known home improvement and remodeling construction companies such as Ecostar Remodeling & Construction. We are looking for a field marketer/canvasser to help grow our rapidly expanding company. Ecostar Remodeling & Construction is a large, well-known home improvement and remodeling construction company serving all of Southern California, Northern California, Washington, and Texas.

Job Type:

Full-time only, no remote work

Pay Range:

$18 - $25 per hour (which includes daily bonuses and generous commissions) paid weekly Work hours: Sunday - Thursday, 9:30 am-6:00 pm (Subject to change due to Daylight Savings)

Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify homeowners interested in remodeling services. Educate potential customers on the high-quality construction solutions offered by Ecostar Remodeling & Construction. Generate leads to be transitioned to the Ecostar Remodeling & Construction team for appointment setting.

Key Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, goal-driven people person. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to intimately relate to people face to face.

Experience:

previous sales or marketing experience is preferred but not required. You will receive on-the-clock training.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, outgoing personality, and "thick skin" (resilience to rejection).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work outdoors.

Licensing:

Valid Driver's License and/or reliable transportation (required for travel to various field locations).

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
