Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Senior Living Placement Marketer We are looking for a motivated, compassionate Marketer/Referral Specialist to help seniors and their families find the right places to live, including assisted living, memory care, board-and-care homes, and other senior living options. What you'll do: Connect with seniors, families, caregivers, and referral sources Learn about each client's needs and help identify appropriate living options Build relationships with senior communities, care providers, hospitals, and other referral partners Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients Provide compassionate, professional guidance throughout the placement process We're looking for someone who is: ✅ Friendly, reliable, and compassionate ✅ A strong communicator and relationship builder ✅ Comfortable with networking, phone calls, and follow-up ✅ Experienced in senior care, senior living, healthcare, real estate, sales, or marketing — a plus, but not required

Compensation:

Competitive / commission-based opportunities available.

Pay:

$50,489.27 - $60,804.28 per year
