Part-time, Full-time, Contract Core Objective:
Generate new business, expand our B2B referral network, and secure new client accounts. About the Company Nurses and Company provides premium, private-pay senior care. We operate out of dedicated, on-site offices within high-end independent living communities. While our Care Managers handle care quality and client retention within our existing properties, the Marketing / Community Lead is responsible for driving external growth, building new professional partnerships, and onboarding new clients. Core Responsibilities & Duties B2B Referral Network Development:
Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors' offices, hospital discharge planners, social workers, and local healthcare networks to secure a consistent stream of client referrals.New Facility Acquisitions:
Identify and pitch our on-site care model to the executive directors and owners of independent living facilities, with the goal of securing agreements to open new Nurses and Company offices in their buildings.Client Assessments & Enrollment:
Meet face-to-face with prospective clients and their families in their homes (living room visits) for inquiries generated by digital marketing or professional referrals. Present our service options, navigate family needs, and close the sale to convert inquiries into active accounts.Community Outreach:
Organize and host on-site educational events, workshops, and presentations for seniors and healthcare professionals to increase local brand awareness.Required Experience & Qualifications Industry Experience:
3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, home care marketing, medical sales, or senior living business development with a documented history of meeting sales goals.Local Network:
An established network of contacts among local healthcare professionals, discharge planners, or senior living executives is preferred.Communication Skills:
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present confidently to corporate facility executives as well as sit compassionately with seniors and their families.Professional Standards:
