Marketing Liaison

Kalfayan Merjanian, LLP is a growing Newport Beach Civil Litigation law firm focused on delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships within the medical community. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated, relationship-driven Marketing Liaison to join our team and help expand our network of medical providers throughout Southern California. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys networking, sales, social media, event planning, and being out in the field. You'll work directly under our Marketing Director and become a key part of our growth team. What You'll Do Visit chiropractic and medical offices throughout Orange County, LA County, Inland Empire, and parts of San Diego County Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and office staff Deliver marketing materials and marketing baskets Help generate and maintain referral business Assist with social media content and marketing campaigns Track inventory and organize marketing supplies Assist with planning and attending networking events and office parties Support general marketing and business development initiatives What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Comfortable driving throughout Southern California Organized and dependable Self-motivated and able to work independently Social media or marketing experience is a plus Sales or networking experience is a plus Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to read and interpret documents; ability to speak effectively to employees. Math Ability Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out given instructions without having to be constantly reminded. Computer Skills. Need to be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Dropbox. •Mac users are preferred as all of our office computers are iMacs. Ability to travel or work overtime. Bilingual Spanish and English speaking is a plus!
