Job Description
About Us We're a fast-growing pet food company carving out a new space in the industry by offering exclusively freeze-dried & dehydrated diets, treats, and toppers. Our work is rooted in science, veterinary insight, and a commitment to whole food nutrition. With multiple brands under our umbrella, there's always something new happening, from product launches and trade shows to retailer programs and digital campaigns. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual to join our in-house marketing team. If you enjoy variety, love staying organized, and aren't afraid to jump into something new, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do No two days look exactly the same. You'll support a wide variety of marketing initiatives, helping our team bring projects from idea to execution. One week you may be helping prepare for a trade show; the next you could be coordinating a product launch, organizing retailer materials, or assisting with marketing campaigns. You'll play an important role in keeping projects moving, ensuring details don't fall through the cracks, and helping our brands continue to grow. Core Responsibilities Support a variety of marketing projects from planning through execution Assist with product launches by coordinating timelines, assets, and cross-functional communication Help prepare for trade shows, events, retailer meetings, and other marketing initiatives Coordinate marketing materials, samples, promotional items, and branded assets Assist with retailer and partner communications as needed Track project deadlines and help keep multiple initiatives on schedule Research competitors, industry trends, products, and marketing opportunities Help organize digital assets, product information, and marketing resources Assist with content updates across websites, Amazon, and other marketing platforms Take meeting notes, track action items, and help ensure projects stay on schedule Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, purchasing, scheduling, and other projects as needed Who You Are Highly organized and naturally detail-oriented Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities A proactive problem solver who enjoys figuring things out A strong communicator who follows through and keeps others informed Adaptable and willing to jump in wherever help is needed Positive, dependable, and eager to learn Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team Ideal Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with project management software (Asana or similar) is a plus Familiarity with marketing, retail, events, or eCommerce is helpful but not required Experience in marketing, communications, customer service, event coordination, or administrative support is a plus Most importantly, you're excited to learn, take initiative, and grow alongside our team Additional Info In-person role based in Hartland, WI Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM No remote option available Position is hourly, with opportunities for increased responsibility and growth based on performance
