Marketing Specialist — Mind & Body CCS (Mental Health Private Practice) About Us Mind & Body CCS is a small mental health counseling and consulting practice based in Freehold, NJ, offering in-office and virtual therapy services. We're in-network with major insurance providers (BCBS, Aetna, Optum) and have a growing team of clinicians. Position Overview We're seeking a creative, proactive marketing-focused assistant to help grow our practice's visibility and community presence. This is part-time (about 5 hours per week), with the majority of hours dedicated to marketing. There is strong potential for this role to evolve into more hours and take on additional administrative responsibilities over time. Idea candidate would be looking to find ways to grow the role to incorporate expertise into additional business within the mental health field. Responsibilities Engage in social media marketing across appropriate, professional platforms — creating, posting, and monitoring content Support community outreach efforts to build practice visibility and referral relationships Create and distribute a monthly newsletter to clients and/or referral sources Develop and suggest marketing strategies to help grow the practice Collaborate closely with practice owners and clinicians on messaging and priorities Qualifications Proficiency with AI tools required (experience with Claude preferred) Familiarity with and genuine interest in professional social media platforms and current trends Strong written communication skills, with a professional and warm tone appropriate for mental health topics Highly organized, self-directed, and reliable working in a largely virtual capacity Willing and able to collaborate closely with practice owners and clinical staff Experience in the mental health field not required, but genuine interest in the field preferred Details Part-time
