We are seeking to fill an immediate Inbound Marketing Specialist position to support our rapidly growing business. Depending on the success of the candidate selected, this position has the potential to develop into a sales position or marketing manager roles within the business team. Using a variety of marketing and sales tools, the Inbound Marketing Specialist will focus on developing digiM's website, CRM platform, and LinkedIn activities to drive generation of inbound conversations and leads. The specialist will work with the sales team to generate creative content, enhance the website, and support marketing activities which drive new business opportunities. The Specialist will provide dynamic and critical support to ongoing commercial activities assigned by the sales team, the Marketing Director, and the leadership team, as necessary. Experience essential to success:
A bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, marketing, or sales 2+ years of experience in a marketing or sales position Knowledge of inbound marketing workflows and implementation Strong familiarity with SEO best practices Familiarity with sales and CRM tools, such as Hubspot Comfortable working and communicating across interdisciplinary teams, including marketing, sales, scientists, and software developers Experience with external marketing via email, LinkedIn, and Google Ads Enthusiastic about helping customers with technology and science Excellent oral and written communication skills Effective time management and organization skills Familiarity with content creation with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, and movie editing softwares is a bonusTasks and Duties:
Implement marketing workflows to generate inbound conversations and leads for our sales team Monitor website SEO and revise website content to assure copy, formatting, and images are built to drive lead generation Launch Google Ad campaigns for target product areas Build out content streams and workflows plans for inbound marketing prospecting, including LinkedIn posts and email drip campaigns Develop written and creative content for digiM's social media marketing, including LinkedIn posts for corporate and personnel profiles Convert marketing engaged contacts and conference prospects into sales leads through education and actionable engagements Translate new solutions and products into marketing collateral Support preparation of marketing materials for conferences and webinars Monitor and respond to pre-sales communications, including form requests and LinkedIn messages Conduct market search and lead generation activities to ensure the growth of the sales pipeline Supporting qualification calls with new sales leads is a bonusJob Type:
