The Role:
The Marketing Country Specialist will focus on driving retail marketing strategies and channel development for Logitech in the designated country. The role involves creating effective retail marketing strategies to boost product visibility and consumer interest in a competitive retail landscape. The specialist will lead the execution of marketing programs, analyze sales performance, and ensure the brand's visibility in the market.Your Contribution:
- Collaborate with the Country Lead to build an efficient customer marketing plan that aligns with business goals.
- Drive creativity and innovation through online campaign executions.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketing ecosystem and activate key levers.
- Lead online marketing programs and promotion executions.
- Analyze data from campaigns to create and share best practices.
- Identify trends and opportunities by analyzing shopper and competitive data.
- Turn insights into action plans for partners, including new product launches and promotional plans.
- Align action plans with key stakeholders and coordinate execution.
- Assist in creating online content such as product display pages and banners.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of selling UC&C solutions, with experience working with managed service providers.
- Hands-on mentality and ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking, open-mindedness, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong personality and team player with organizational and time-management skills.
