CNO Financial Group is hiring a Worksite Intern to work alongside our B2B2C Sales Enablement team to analyze, experiment, and propose changes or enhancements to the way our Agents engage with Employers and Employees based on research & analysis, engagement data, segmentation, and in-market experiments in order to move measurable metrics. We are looking for an intern who is highly interested in the intersection of Demand & Sales, Marketing, Content and Systems. Our intern will explore how to better utilize those systems to tell tailored stories, at scale.Core responsibilities and deliverables:
In-Force Growth Focus- Create Group Specific Campaign Brief to improve scheduling rates, including building Segments, Content audit, workflow design, etc. New Group Focus
- Create Industry specific campaign briefs, targeting an emerging market (like Assisted living, for example) to recommend new campaigns / sequences Member / Employee Focus
- Review Member level (individual employee) campaigns to identify areas of improvement to reach more people for a specific block (e.g., virtual employees of companies a specific size/industry). Persistency Focus
- Review BNA delivery improvement initiative, including A/B recommendations for improving conversion metrics What you need (Minimum requirements): Progress towards a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline.

internship program will run May 17 through August 06, 2027.
