We are looking for a part-time Referral Marketing Route Specialist to represent Citrus Fresh in, and throughout, the surrounding areas of Mount Pleasant. This is a highly flexible position requiring approximately 20 hours per week, and is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and getting out into the local business community, rather than sitting behind a desk. The Role The Referral Marketing Route Specialist will develop and maintain relationships with local interior designers and businesses who can refer their customers and clients to Citrus Fresh. The position will involve driving an established and developing referral route throughout the surrounding areas of Mount Pleasant, visiting prospective and existing referral partners introducing Citrus Fresh, delivering marketing materials, following up with contacts, and strengthening relationships over time. Responsibilities Work approximately 20 hours per week Drive a local referral-partner route in the Charleston area Visit existing referral partners regularly Identify and introduce Citrus Fresh to prospective referral partners Build genuine relationships with business owners, managers, salespeople, designers, and other professionals Deliver referral materials, information, and occasional promotional items Follow up consistently with promising contacts Keep simple records of visits, conversations, opportunities, and follow-up needs Help turn local professional relationships into a consistent source of referrals for Citrus Fresh Who We Are Looking For The ideal person is: Friendly, personable, and comfortable walking into businesses and introducing themselves Professional and dependable Naturally good at developing relationships Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Organized enough to manage a route and follow-up schedule Familiar with the Charleston area (proximity to Mount Pleasant is a plus) Able to provide their own reliable transportation Interested in a long-term, flexible part-time position This is relationship development, NOT high-pressure sales or cold calling . The objective is to become a familiar, trusted local representative of Citrus Fresh and develop a network of businesses that confidently refer their customers to us. Experience in outside sales, business development, community outreach, route sales, hospitality, real estate, interior design, home services, or relationship-based marketing would be helpful, but the right personality and work ethic are more important than a specific background.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
