How You'll Shine As a Community Marketing Agent, you'll work with popular local attractions to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co. In this sales-based role, you'll engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. You'll also invite and incentive guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations. Though no two days are the same at Travel + Leisure Co, you'll have the opportunity to: Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co. Engage, excite, and convert prospective customers by delivering an irresistible invitation to a sales-preview tour. Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits What You'll Bring A friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for hours at a time indoors and outdoors We train you to succeed — no prior sales experience needed High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred) Ability to work independently and within a team environment
