Job Description
Overall Job Summary
This position supports the Customer Marketing team with responsibilities that include overseeing targeted/personalized emails, SMS and Push Notifications, direct mail for Tractor Supply Customers from planning phases to execution. This position will partner with multiple departments including Merchandising, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, National Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Market Research and Creative to execute Marketing plans. This position will include program management within the Customer Marketing and Analytics groups to drive the yearly roadmaps.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Manages campaign details both internally and externally with vendor partners to ensure flawless execution of email, SMS/Push, or direct mail campaigns.
Owns key CRM tasks, such as, campaign brief creation, creative updates, coupon and online promo code set-up, invoice processing, and store communications for a variety of marketing projects on an ongoing basis.
Responsible for creating weekly reports that are communicated out to leadership and marketing teams
Manage timelines and task lists to ensure all project deadlines are being met. Maintains campaign calendar across programs and ensure they are up-to-date to reflect real-time updates
Lead a series of weekly meetings with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors. Meeting topics can cover but are not limited to campaign development, creative planning or personalization initiatives. Owns roadmap documentation for the Customer Marketing and Analytics teams and responsible for ensuring the roadmap tracking sheet is updated by various team members with necessary changes and milestones to hold the teams accountable Track process changes for the Customer Marketing team and maintain training documents for the team Required Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years' retail marketing project management experience preferred. Email experience a plus but not requiredEducation:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered. Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities Demonstrate effective project management, organization, communication and multi-tasking skills.
