Job Description
Creative Marketing Specialist Minimum 1 year of experience Overview We're looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to help drive engaging digital content and social media campaigns for our brand. This role blends creative execution with strategic marketing, working closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches, sales initiatives, branding efforts, and industry events. This is an in-person position at our company headquarters in Chattanooga, Tennessee, but will also require travel to both small and large industry events for media coverage and content creation. Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to plan and execute engaging social media and digital marketing campaigns Shoot, design, edit, and publish photo and video content for products, promotions, branding, and general marketing initiatives Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms to grow brand presence and audience engagement Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital content Stay current on industry trends, platform best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools Analyze performance data and apply insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness Assist with additional marketing-related tasks as assigned by management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently working toward one) Strong copywriting skills for web content, including product descriptions and promotional materials Very familiar with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive Demonstrated experience with graphic design and video editing Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, and color-grading software such as DaVinci Resolve (or similar) Familiarity with social media platforms, content strategies, and social media management tools Understanding of marketing automation tools and their role in customer engagement Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications Passion for or understanding of the automotive industry Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar analytics platforms Drone operation experience Additional Information We shoot using Nikon full-frame mirrorless cameras and DJI equipment, including gimbals, drones, and audio gear This role includes company-paid travel to trade shows and industry events, such as SEMA and PRI A portfolio showcasing relevant photo, video, and design work is required (upload or link with application)
