Looking for occasional weekend work without committing to a regular weekly schedule? Window Works is hiring two Flex Field Marketers to our field marketing team. This position provides additional coverage for home shows, festivals, expos, and community events when regular team members are unavailable or additional staffing is needed. This is an as-needed position (sometimes requiring you to be on call for busy show weekends) , not a regularly scheduled every-weekend role. Some shifts may be planned in advance, while others may become available with short notice due to callouts, scheduling changes, or newly added events. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, responsive, and has enough weekend flexibility to step in when coverage is needed. What You'll Do As a Flex Field Marketer, you will represent Window Works at events throughout East Tennessee by engaging with attendees, identifying homeowner interest, and scheduling free in-home consultations for windows, exterior doors, and gutters.

Field Marketing Responsibilities include:

Professionally engage with event attendees and start conversations Identify and qualify interested homeowners Schedule free in-home consultations accurately for qualified households Represent Window Works professionally and positively Maintain a clean and organized booth environment Follow company qualification and appointment-setting procedures Communicate promptly with management regarding scheduling at all times Arrive prepared and on time for accepted shifts Assist with event setup and teardown when needed and available Setup and teardown may require transporting company-provided materials using your own vehicle (tent, table, window display, literature) and lifting items weighing up to 40 lbs. Additional bonus opportunities are available for setup and teardown assistance. What Makes This Role Different This position is specifically designed to provide flexible event coverage for our core field marketing team . You will not work every weekend, and weekly hours are not guaranteed . However, this role is intended for someone who can reliably accept weekend shifts when unexpected staffing needs arise, including occasional short-notice opportunities. Most field marketing shifts occur on Saturdays and Sundays , with occasional Thursday or Friday afternoon/evening opportunities. (We have wagons) Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, promotional, or face-to-face experience is required for consideration. Home show, event marketing, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience is a major plus Compensation & Benefits Starting at $16.00/hr. Uncapped performance-based bonus potential Total earnings can exceed $35+/hr. based on performance Paid training & ongoing coaching Mileage reimbursement when applicable over 50 miles round trip Employee discount Additional incentives and bonus opportunities Opportunity for additional hours or advancement as positions become available Expected Hours 0-12 hours per week, depending on event coverage needs Most event shifts are approximately 3-6 hours. Because this is a flex position, some weeks may have no available hours.
