Window Works of Knoxville is hiring Part-Time Weekend Field Marketers to represent our company at home shows, festivals, expos, and community events throughout East Tennessee. This is a social, energetic, face-to-face role. You'll talk with event attendees, learn about their home improvement needs, and schedule free consultations for homeowners interested in windows, exterior doors, or gutters. It's a very fun job, but it's also an important one! Our field marketers are often the first interaction a homeowner has with Window Works, and the appointments generated by this team directly contribute to the growth of our company.

• What You'll Do Engage event attendees and start friendly conversations Identify homeowner interest and schedule qualified consultations Represent Window Works professionally and positively Keep the booth organized, welcoming, and energetic Occasionally assist with setup and breakdown Transport company-provided event materials when needed Some event equipment may weigh up to approximately 35 lbs.

Additional bonus opportunities are available for qualifying setup and breakdown work.

• Who We're Looking For You don't need years of marketing experience.

We're looking for people who are outgoing, dependable, coachable, and comfortable talking with new people. Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, event marketing, or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but the right personality, dependability, and work ethic matter just as much!

You must have:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Consistent weekend availability that is predictable Strong communication skills Professional appearance and conduct The ability to lift and handle event materials up to approximately 35 lbs.

• Schedule Approximately 85% of shifts occur on Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional Thursday or Friday opportunities. Most shifts are 4-6 hours, and team members should generally be available at least one weekend day for a minimum of two weekends per month. Typical hours are around 5-10 hours per week, although event volume varies throughout the year and weekly hours are not guaranteed.
• Pay & Perks Base pay: $16
• 18/hour , depending on experience. You'll also have opportunities to earn performance bonuses based on appointment production, along with additional incentives throughout the year. Strong performers can and often earn $25+/hour when bonuses are included.

Hiring Timeline:

This role will 100% be filled by the end of this week, 10/9/26. Interviews will be Wednesday through Friday and the post will be taken down after this.
