Description Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote the organization's healthcare services, drive patient engagement, and strengthen brand awareness across all locations. This role assists with content creation, digital marketing, community outreach, and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with healthcare communication standards. The Marketing Specialist collaborates closely with clinical teams, business development, and leadership to execute effective, patient-focused marketing strategies. Essential Duties /

Responsibilities:

Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services, specialty programs, events, and new locations. Develop, update, and maintain marketing materials including brochures, flyers, physician profiles, patient education materials, and presentations. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate clinical information and branding consistency across all communications. Assist in managing marketing calendars, timelines, and project plans. Monitor digital performance metrics such as engagement, click-through rates, and patient inquiries. Ensure all content adheres to HIPAA guidelines and brand standards. Work with outside digital partners or agencies as needed on SEO, paid media, or website enhancements. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, signage, and external communications. Support communication efforts related to new service lines, physician announcements, patient programs, and community initiatives. Assist in drafting copy for internal and external communication pieces such as announcements, press releases, and newsletters. Track marketing activity results including campaign performance, patient inquiries, referral trends, and ROI metrics. Compile and present marketing reports to leadership as requested. Recommend adjustments to campaigns based on performance data and market trends. Required Skills /

Abilities:

Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, content creation, and campaign execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple initiatives. Knowledge of healthcare marketing practices and HIPAA-compliant communication standards preferred. Proficiency with digital and social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website content management.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or a regulated industry. Experience supporting digital marketing, social media content, and event coordination strongly preferred. Experience working with providers, clinics, or patient programs is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare terminology, referral patterns, or service line marketing preferred.
