At Texas VPP, we help homeowners access free backup generator programs, and our team takes our work seriously but we also believe you should actually enjoy where you work.NO EXPERIENCE?
NO PROBLEM. We provide hands-on training and teach you everything you need to know. If you're motivated, coachable, competitive, and comfortable talking to people, we'll help you develop the skills to succeed.YOUR INCOME IS IN YOUR HANDS
We don't believe your earning potential should be limited by a basic salary. We have marketers making $1000 a week every week @ minimum. Our compensation is commission-based, giving you the opportunity to increase your income based on your own performance. The harder you work and the more you accomplish, the more you can make. As a Field Marketing Specialist, you'll be the face of Texas VPP in local communities. You'll help create awareness, connect with homeowners, and represent our company at community events and marketing opportunities.Your day-to-day may include:
Engaging with homeowners and educating them about available backup power programs Representing Texas VPP at local events and community outreach opportunities Building relationships with customers and community partners Speaking with individuals and groups about our programs Using social media and digital platforms to help promote events and campaigns Helping coordinate marketing events and community activities Working alongside our sales team to generate new opportunities Taking initiative and helping the team hit company goals Participating in team competitions, challenges, and incentive programs Learning sales, marketing, communication, and leadership skills along the wayWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
