Paid Ads Specialist (Digital Marketing)

Bedrock Digital is hiring an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our team in El Paso, TX. This is a fully in-person position for someone who has a strong background in digital advertising and understands how to manage campaigns that generate real leads, appointments, and business growth for clients. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience running paid ads for businesses or clients. You should be comfortable managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising channels . This role requires someone who is analytical, creative, organized, and results-driven. You will be responsible for launching campaigns, monitoring performance, optimizing ads, reviewing data, improving cost per lead, and working with our internal team to help clients get better results from their marketing. Responsibilities Create, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns Manage campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations Track important metrics such as cost per lead, conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROI Set up audiences, retargeting campaigns, pixels, tracking, and conversion events Review landing pages and recommend improvements to increase conversions Develop campaign strategies, ad angles, hooks, and offers Work with designers, copywriters, video editors, and account managers Prepare campaign performance updates and reports Manage multiple client accounts at the same time Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and digital marketing trends Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience running paid ads Experience managing paid ads for businesses, agencies, or clients Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads Experience with lead generation campaigns Understanding of funnels, retargeting, conversion tracking, and optimization Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions Strong attention to detail Good communication and organization skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines Must be able to work fully in person at our El Paso office Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Basic knowledge of SEO, websites, landing pages, or CRM systems is a plus Preferred Experience Experience working with local service businesses, healthcare, dental, home services, or B2B clients Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, or CRM tracking Experience creating reports and explaining campaign performance clearly Experience improving cost per lead and campaign conversion rates About Bedrock Digital Bedrock Digital is a growing digital marketing agency that helps businesses build stronger websites, improve their online presence, and generate more leads through paid ads, SEO, social media, and web design.
