Job Description
Position Overview Olsen International, LLC is seeking an AI Marketing Technologist to manage and improve the digital systems supporting our residential and commercial real estate brands. This hands-on position combines AI, automation, content production, SEO, website management, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, analytics, and process development. We are not looking for someone who only knows how to generate captions with ChatGPT. The right candidate can turn AI and digital platforms into dependable business systems with documented workflows, quality controls, measurable results, and required human review. Primary Responsibilities Build AI-assisted workflows for research, content, email campaigns, video scripts, listing promotion, lead management, and reporting. Create and maintain prompt libraries, templates, SOPs, approval processes, and quality-control standards. Review AI-generated work for accuracy, usefulness, compliance, brand consistency, and source reliability. Identify tasks that should be automated, delegated, batched, outsourced, or retained for human review. Coordinate website tools, forms, calculators, CRM integrations, lead routing, and approved automation projects. Research, write, edit, schedule, and publish locally relevant real estate articles, social posts, newsletters, advertisements, landing pages, market reports, and video content. Repurpose major topics across company websites, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, email, and other assigned platforms. Maintain an approved content calendar at least two weeks in advance. Improve visibility across Google, traditional search engines, and emerging AI-answer platforms using appropriate SEO and answer-engine optimization practices. Manage website content and coordinate tracking, integrations, landing pages, and improvements with approved vendors. Coordinate social media, video production, weekly email campaigns, drip sequences, Google Business Profiles, reviews, comments, and messages. Create, manage, and optimize approved Google, Meta, listing, recruiting, video, and other digital advertising campaigns. Monitor website traffic, rankings, engagement, advertising costs, lead quality, attribution, conversions, and CRM routing. Coordinate marketing work involving agents, employees, contractors, photographers, videographers, designers, and vendors. Track priorities, deadlines, approvals, and blockers in Monday.com or another designated system. Produce monthly performance reports and recommend improvements based on measurable results. Required Qualifications Professional experience using generative AI for business, content, research, automation, analysis, or digital operations. Experience managing digital content, campaigns, platforms, or workflows. Strong writing, editing, research, and fact-checking abilities. Working knowledge of SEO, social media, email marketing, website content, digital advertising, and analytics. Ability to create documented, repeatable systems and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inaccurate, unsupported, confidential, or sensitive material. Ability to meet deadlines and follow through without continuous supervision. Strong professional communication and project-coordination skills. Willingness to learn real estate terminology, advertising requirements, fair-housing standards, and internal approval procedures. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable AI platforms. Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, webhooks, CRM integrations, or no-code automation. Experience with Monday.com, Follow Up Boss, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, YouTube, Canva, or Adobe. Familiarity with AI-search visibility, answer-engine optimization, structured content, or schema. Experience building automated reports, dashboards, knowledge bases, calculators, lead-routing workflows, or content-production systems. Experience in real estate, professional services, advertising, local media, land, development, or commercial property. Relevant Google, HubSpot, Meta, Salesforce, SEO, analytics, advertising, or automation certifications. Formal engineering or computer-science credentials are not required. Demonstrated ability to apply AI and technology to achieve reliable business results is more important than collecting software names or certificates. Professional Standards All public-facing and AI-assisted work must be reviewed for factual accuracy, confidentiality, fair-housing compliance, brand consistency, and proper authorization. Uncertain legal, financial, brokerage, privacy, advertising, security, or compliance matters must be escalated to the appropriate manager or qualified professional.
