Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is required. 3+ years experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role in a B2B/B2C environment Agency experience preferred but not required.Key Competencies:
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, and competitive analysis Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to support projects outside of core responsibilities to support team goals Ability to receive feedback and quickly and accurately incorporate it Experience with HubSpot, Wordpress, Elementor, Pipedrive CRM, Sprout Social a plus, but not requiredSpecial Requirements:
