Event Marketing & Sales Associate:

Represent AT&T at any required events and customer engagement locations. Greet customers and educate them on AT&T wireless products, devices, internet services, and current promotions. Build rapport with customers while identifying products and services that match their needs. Assist customers through service enrollments, activations, and account setup. Maintain a professional, energetic presence at each event. Learn and stay up to date on AT&T products and promotions through ongoing training. Work alongside team members to achieve daily and weekly goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Event Marketing & Sales Associate Qualifications Spanish language skills required (conversational Spanish is acceptable). Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, event marketing, or sales is helpful but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Outgoing, dependable, and motivated to learn. Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day. Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
