Marketer Location:
Lubbock, TX Salary with mileage reimbursement We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Marketer to join our team. The Home Health Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our home health services to potential clients and referral sources.
Responsibilities:
Generate referrals for our Agency by building relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, long term care facilities, assisted/independent living facilities and other community resources. Conduct marketing analysis; develop referral strategies, goals and plans. Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources. Establish and work within determined marketing budget. Be responsible for the Call Back Program and Hospitalization checks for former and current patients. Be organized with upcoming Community Events that our agency may possibly be involved in. Assist with employee recognition and events for agency employee appreciation. Work with Intake to ensure ALL referral information is received and accurate. Educate referral sources, families and community on services the agency provides.
Requirements:
Minimum One Year of Experience required in Marketing for Home Health Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of home health regulations and reimbursement
