• Job Overview
• We are seeking a well-experienced compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hospice Liaison/Marketer. This role plays a crucial part in connecting with healthcare providers, patients, and families to promote our hospice services and support end-of-life care.
• Duties
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, and other referral sources
• Educate healthcare providers and community organizations about hospice services
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions for patients
• Conduct outreach activities to increase awareness of hospice care in the community
• Participate in marketing events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• Experience
• Previous well experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or hospice preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and services is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is desirable
