Job Description

Performance Marketing Specialist JobSight Lindon, UT Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $90,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Data-driven problem-solving Full Job Description Who we are: JobSight is the job management platform built for property restoration contractors. Owners, office admins, estimators, production managers, marketing reps and field techs all run their day through our system. We're a growing startup in an industry that's ripe for it, and we're picking up real momentum. Now we need someone to help us tell that story louder.
The role:
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can own our marketing engine end to end. You'll work hand in hand with sales to drive new leads, dream up campaigns that actually get results, and dig into the analytics to keep sharpening what works. This isn't a "wait for direction" role. We want someone who shows up with ideas, tests them, and isn't afraid to pivot when the data says so. If you love the idea of building something from the ground up, and you want your work to have a visible, immediate impact on a growing company, this is your kind of gig. What you'll do: Plan and launch marketing campaigns across email, social, and beyond Partner closely with sales to keep the lead pipeline full and flowing Create content, whether that's writing, video, graphics, or a podcast episode Manage and improve our website (Wordpress experience is a big plus) Own our SEO and GEO strategy to help the right people find us Track performance and turn the numbers into smarter next moves Build relationships with key industry partners and contacts Identify and secure industry speaking opportunities Organize webinars and online lead generation events Coordinate and represent JobSight at tradeshows and industry events (some travel required) What you bring: 3-5+ years of marketing experience, with a track record of campaigns that actually worked A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (preferred, not required if your experience speaks for itself) Comfort with email marketing, social media, and content creation Familiarity with CRM tools, email platforms, and social scheduling software Photoshop and Illustrator skills are a nice bonus Experience managing partnerships and industry relationships A knack for solving problems creatively and thinking strategically Strong writing and communication skills, because clear ideas win
Why JobSight:
We're a small yet mighty team with deep industry experience and a product people actually love using. You'll have real ownership over marketing strategy, not just a seat at the table. We move fast, we're not afraid to try new things, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us as we scale. We're also just plain fun. Think Wig Wednesdays, Top Golf outings, and a healthy dose of office banter that keeps things light. We work hard, while taking time out for fun - we think that's a big part of why people actually like coming into the office. JobSight offers benefits such as Paid Time Off, 100% health benefits (health, vision, dental) paid for the employee, and a casual dress work environment. Pancake, our office dog, loves to say hello in the mornings and keeps the office fun and entertaining. This role is based in our Lindon, Utah office. We're not considering remote candidates right now. We like building things together, in person.
