Salary Range:

Recruit, train, and coach a team of motivated insurance agents to reach their full potential. Create and execute strategic growth plans to meet and exceed production goals. Review financial reports and key metrics to guide business decisions and team improvement. Foster a supportive and collaborative office culture where everyone feels encouraged to contribute.
