Event Specialist

Our client is currently seeking an Event Specialist in Bellevue, Washington , to support event setup, breakdown, and furniture handling for various scheduled events. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and helping create clean, organized event spaces. The Event Specialist will assist with loading, unloading, staging, assembling, and safely moving furniture and event products. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working flexible hours based on event needs.

The Day-to-Day:

Safely load and unload furniture, equipment, and event products from trucks and work vehicles Move products to and from event locations while handling all items with care Assist with event setup, including placing furniture and materials according to event needs Break down event setups after completion and return products to designated areas Pick, stage, and prepare furniture or products for delivery, transfer, or installation Clean, wrap, repair, and assemble furniture to ensure items are event-ready Help with dismantling event displays and safely organizing materials for transport Maintain care and attention when lifting, carrying, and placing products to prevent damage Stay on your feet throughout the shift while working in a fast-paced event environment Follow safety procedures when moving furniture, loading vehicles, and working around event spaces

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, carry, and move furniture or event products safely Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the shift Good attention to detail when handling, staging, and setting up products Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours based on event schedules Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous event setup, warehouse, moving, furniture handling, or general labor experience is a plus

Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour
