This is an entry-level position designed for someone who wants to develop experience in marketing, business development, networking, and professional relationship-building while representing a specialized environmental and biohazard remediation company. No previous biohazard industry experience is required. Training, equipment, and marketing materials are provided. Position Overview The Marketing Trainee will work with management and experienced staff to learn how to represent Bio Management Northwest to businesses, referral partners, property professionals, insurance contacts, law enforcement agencies, healthcare organizations, government agencies, and other community partners. This position involves a combination of field marketing, office work, networking, client visits, follow-up communication, and relationship development. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, organized, comfortable meeting new people, and capable of representing the company professionally. Company-Provided Equipment & Expenses Bio Management Northwest provides the tools and resources needed to perform the position, including: Company laptop Company cell phone Company fuel card for approved business travel Mileage reimbursement in accordance with company policy, where applicable Company marketing expense card for approved business and marketing expenses Marketing materials, brochures, business cards, and promotional materials Approved expenses associated with company networking and marketing activities The Marketing Trainee will initially be required to use their own reliable vehicle for business travel . A company vehicle may become available upon promotion or advancement to a qualifying position. Candidates must have reliable personal transportation and the ability to travel to businesses, meetings, networking events, and other marketing locations as assigned.
