Door-to-Door Canvasser Pay:

$20.00 per hour + Commission Opportunities As a Door-to-Door Canvasser, you will represent our company in local neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to our services, and schedule appointments for free project estimates. Responsibilities Visit designated neighborhoods and speak with homeowners Introduce Santiago General Contractor Solution and our home improvement services Build positive relationships with potential customers Explain our services, including roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and remodeling Identify homeowners who may be interested in a project Schedule appointments for free estimates Attend team meetings and training sessions Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company Walk and stand for extended periods while working in neighborhoods Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Self-motivated and goal-driven Comfortable speaking with homeowners Comfortable working outdoors Reliable and professional Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus No previous canvassing experience is required. This position is ideal for someone with previous canvassing or sales experience who is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities.
