As a Field Marketing Representative , your job is simple: introduce homeowners to our company, start conversations, and schedule free in-home window consultations for our sales team. You're not selling windows at the door. You're creating opportunities and helping homeowners learn about solutions that could improve the comfort, efficiency, and value of their homes. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners in residential neighborhoods throughout the Yakima Valley and surrounding areas. Introduce homeowners to NRG Star Solutions and schedule window consultations. Educate homeowners on common window issues such as drafts, high energy bills, difficult operation, and aging windows. Record appointments and customer information accurately using our company systems. Represent NRG Star Solutions professionally while building trust within the community. Work closely with our sales team to help keep appointment schedules full. Schedule Monday through Friday Part-time, Full-time, and Seasonal positions Consistent weekday schedule with evenings spent working in residential neighborhoods What We Provide Paid training—no experience required.
