Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Marketing and Communications team, reporting to the Director of Marketing and Brand Experience. The Marketing Specialist is the department's primary liaison to assigned service lines, leading a multidisciplinary team in the development of strategies and tactics that deliver value and generate results. The Specialist is responsible for overseeing execution of plans and tactics throughout the year. Using market data and intelligence, the Marketing Specialist is well-versed in service line business, understands the significance of strategic positioning, audience targeting, consumer behaviors and message consistency. The Marketing Specialist demonstrates excellence in communications, analytic abilities, project oversight, presentation skills, customer service standards and follow-through with clients and colleagues.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
Minimum of three years of experience in marketing, public relations, or communications is required. Demonstrates progressive evolution of skills through positions is required. Healthcare experience is desired.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related field is required.

Demonstrate solid strategic thinking and execution of strategy. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional presentations. Ability to develop and grow client relationships.
