Description Primary Responsibilities Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned to sales strategies and business objectives.
Plan, build, and optimize both manual and automated campaigns across channels, including: Organic search (SEO)
Paid media (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, paid social). Agency management.
Email marketing
Social media
Video, display, referral, and partnership channels Drive traffic to optimized landing pages and conversion paths to increase lead volume and quality. Marketing Automation & Salesforce Marketing Cloud Design, build, and manage automated customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Develop segmentation strategies and dynamic audiences to improve targeting and engagement.
Continuously optimize journeys based on performance data, lifecycle stages, and customer behavior.
Ensure alignment of automation strategies across all divisions to support enterprise growth. Analytics, Insights & Performance Optimization Own and manage the Salesforce Intelligence dashboard and other analytics platforms.
Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and key business insights.
Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking (GA4, Data Studio, etc.).
Measure and communicate ROI, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed defined performance targets. Social Media Management (LinkedIn Focus) Lead social media strategy and execution across all company channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
Develop content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Monitor performance analytics and continuously optimize content and posting strategies.
Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all platforms. Content Development & Digital PR - Secondary role Develop and refine content to support digital campaigns, including: Ad copy
Blog posts
Articles and thought leadership
Landing page content Collaborate with internal teams to enhance content for SEO and digital PR initiatives.
Support backlink strategies, press opportunities, and external content partnerships. Website Management & Optimization Administer website updates and publish content to support campaigns.
Execute basic front-end optimizations (HTML/CSS) to improve performance.
Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve user experience and lead generation.
Utilize technology tools to identify and eliminate friction points. AI, Automation & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to leverage AI and LLM technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Continuously improve workflows, campaign execution, and reporting through automation.
Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that drive efficiency and scalability. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication Partner with sales, marketing, and external agencies to align strategies and execution.
Present performance insights, campaign results, and recommendations to leadership.
Manage internal and external resources to ensure the timely and effective delivery of initiatives. Skills at a Glance Advanced SEO and organic search strategy
