Job Description

Join the two-time Northwoods League Champion Fond du Lac Dock Spiders for an immersive, hands-on internship. Located between Green Bay and Milwaukee, the Dock Spiders offer a fast-paced environment where you won't just watch from the sidelines—you'll help make the season happen. Why Intern With Us? Learn by

OPERATIONS & BOX OFFICE INTERN
Spring Semester | January-May | Compensation TBD Based on Availability Get an inside look at the business side of a baseball organization before the season begins. This position combines ticket sales, customer service, retail operations and front-office experience and is ideal for someone interested in sports business, sales or operations. What You'll Do Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for fans, customers and visitors to the Dock Spiders front office. Gain hands-on experience with Team Store operations, including point-of-sale systems, inventory and online order fulfillment. Assist fans and prospective customers with ticket questions, purchases and package information. Maintain accurate customer and ticket information within the organization's ticketing and CRM systems. Learn the sales process by prospecting for new customers, making outbound calls and helping the team achieve ticket sales goals. Assist with general front-office organization and daily operations. Participate in community, mascot, and organizational appearances. Support other areas of the organization as opportunities arise. Successful spring interns may have the opportunity to continue with the Dock Spiders during the summer season.
