What You'll Be Doing Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Optimize budgets to maximize ROAS, revenue, profit, and overall campaign performance. Research audiences and build high-performing targeting and retargeting strategies. Partner with our creative team to develop scroll-stopping ads and compelling messaging. Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to budgets, creatives, placements, and audiences. Analyze key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and other performance indicators. Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results. Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with leadership. Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices.
